Territory

• The territory targeted by the Société du Havre de Montréal covers an area of over 10 square kilometres, 10% of which is unoccupied land.
• Its limits are the river, including îles Notre-Dame and Sainte-Hélène, and the Ville-Marie Expressway; runs between the Champlain and Jacques-Cartier bridges.

•  The Montréal harbourfront has enormous development potential, but a number of obstacles must be overcome before it can be fully realized.
