Status and structure

The Société du Havre de Montréal is a non-profit organization created in response to the recommendations of the Montréal Summit, with the financial support of all three levels of government. Incorporated in 2002, the Société du Havre de Montréal is headed by a Board of Directors representing the main stakeholders in the development of Montréal’s Harbourfront.

Organization

Mr. Pierre Ouellet, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Société du Havre de Montréal, leads a small team of project managers and consultants who establish guidelines and carry out the necessary research and analysis underlying all the Corporation’s plans.
